This module enables you to create employee profile in the system. In here, you can add his Personal Data, Job Information, Employee Setup, Shift Overview, Benefits Package Payroll Settings, Payroll Records and Data Migration. All configurations set in his profile will be used in Time and Attendance and Payroll calculations.


To create, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information and click the add [+] button.


Page 1: Personal Data

  • Enter employee's personal data. Highlighted in red indicates required.

Page 2: Job Information

  • Enter employee's job information. Click the drop down button then select the applicable option. Highlighted in red indicates required. 
  • Position, Location, Division, Department and Section should be created in employee information in order to appear in the options. See the steps in Administrative Modules.


Page 3: Employee Setup

  • Enter employee setup. Highlighted in red indicates required.
  • Employee class should be created in employee information. See the steps in Administrative Modules.


Page 4: Shift Overview

  • Enter employee's shift. Tick the box for the employee's rest day.


Page 5: Benefits Package

  • Setup the employee's benefits package.


Page 6: Payroll Settings

  • Enter the employee's payroll settings.


RATE TYPE: Choose the type of the employee's rate or salary.

  • Daily
  • Hourly
  • Monthly


EFFECTIVE DATE: This can be the same date the employee was hired or if the salary was adjusted, select the date of its effectivity.


DAYS CONSIDERED PAID:

261 - employees who are required to work five days a week (with 2 rest days)

313 - employees who are required to work six days a week (with 1 rest day)


For the statutories, tick the box if it should be included in the employee's payroll. Choose the schedule, when will it be deducted then choose if it should be based on basic pay or monthly salary then tick the box for the inclusions.



Page 7: Payroll Records

  • Enter the employee's payroll history. 


Page 8: Data Migration

  • Enter the payroll records of the employee. This will be used for the annualization of the employee. 


Page 9: Employee Summary

  • This page will show the summary of all the data registered in the system. If all information are correct, click Save. If you wish to update previous page, click Back.
