This module is used to register the employee benefits in the company.
To create, go to Administration - Employee Information Benefits, click the Add [+] button.
Enter employee benefit information. Highlighted in red indicates required.
Assign a code to ease identification.
Ex.
Benefit Name = Code
Sick Leave = SL
Vacation Leave = VL
Monetary Rules
Leave Type Rules
Enter leave type rules.
- Choose whether leave is based daily or hourly. Tick DAY or HOUR
- Choose whether leave requires leave credits or not. Tick YES or NO. If you choose NO, Click SAVE. If you choose YES, please provide the other details.
- Choose the schedule credit availability
- Choose if scheduled conversion. Tick YES or NO
- Enter the Max Credits
- Choose whether the excess leaves are convertible to cash or forfeited
Recurring Credits
- Choose whether the leave credits is based on per YEAR or per MONTH
If based on per month
- Enter the recurring leave credits per month
If based on per year
- choose the recurring credits schedule.
For CALENDAR YEAR
- tick YES or NO if proration is allowed then enter the leave credits
For SERVICE YEAR
- enter the leave credits
In the other side of the page enter the additional credits if applicable.
Finally, tick YES or NO if advance filing limitation is enabled. Click SAVE once all the details are completed.
All data added should show in the benefits module.
