To check, go to Administration – Workflow. Choose the workflow with error and check the status.



If the request form was sent as SENT FOR APPROVAL, options for each module based on the picture above are:


  1. Request module -> Reopen
  2. Approval module -> Approve and Reject
  3. Team Management module -> Approve, Reject, Reopen



If the module is allowing any status and is not following the workflow, you should also check the approval configuration tagged for the employee. Go to Administration – Employee Information – edit employee – Job Information. Check the approval policy if the employee has an approver.
