In order for the pre-shift overtime to be counted in DTR. Please check the following configurations:
- Acceptable time in margin
- Excess hours computation
To check, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - choose the employee - Employee setup - set the configuration
Acceptable time in margin:
Setup the minutes of the time in margin. 300 minutes meaning 5 hours time in margin will be counted as part of the shift
Example:
Employee shift: 10pm
Time in margin: 240 minutes or 4 hours
Acceptable time in: 6pm onwards
Excess hours computation:
Choose between the options if the excess hours will be included in the computation.
BEFORE SHIFT
- excess hours before shift will be included
AFTER SHIFT
- excess hours after shift will be included
BEFORE AND AFTER SHIFT
- excess hours before and after shift will be included
DO NOT COUNT EXCESS HOURS
- excess hours will not be counted
