Payslip Enhancement: Automatic Consolidation of Adjustments with Identical Names

Overview

To improve clarity and optimize the presentation of payroll information, the system now automatically consolidates all adjustments that share the same name. This enhancement ensures a more streamlined and readable payslip for employees.


Details of the Enhancement

Previously, multiple adjustments with the same name appeared as separate line items on the payslip. This could result in unnecessary repetition and confusion.


With the updated behavior:

  • Adjustments with identical names are automatically grouped

  • The payslip will display one consolidated row per adjustment name

  • The system will sum the amounts and present the total

  • No configuration or manual action is required


This enhancement is applied system-wide and is enabled by default.
