Overview

This enhancement adds 13th Month Processing as a task within the system, allowing users to properly track and confirm the posting of the 13th month pay through the Tasks module.


Description

A new process has been added to ensure that when users process the 13th month pay, it is automatically recorded as a task for monitoring and audit purposes.


How It Works

When the user processes the 13th month pay, the system will perform the following steps:

  1. User clicks the “Process” button.

  2. System displays a confirmation alert message:
    “Process and post 13th month?”

    • If the user selects Yes, proceed to the next step.

  3. System completes the process and automatically adds the entry to Tasks.

  4. System displays a success message:
    “Successfully added to tasks.”


Expected Result

  • The 13th month pay is successfully processed and posted.

  • A corresponding task is created for tracking and reference.

  • User receives clear confirmation messages throughout the process.
