A new Basic Pay column has been added to the 13th Month Breakdown Report to support clients’ manual verification and checking of monthly computations.
Key Details
The Basic Pay column is displayed per month in the report
Basic Pay value follows the company’s 13th month computation setup
Includes configured inclusions if they are ticked
If Basic Pay is not ticked in the computation setup:
The system displays the employee’s monthly pay or most recent pay rate
