Objective
To enhance audit trail accuracy and accountability by displaying the uploader’s ID in the USER ID column for all relevant import transactions.
Overview
This enhancement improves system auditability by ensuring that all import-related activities clearly identify the user responsible for the transaction. The USER ID column will now include the uploader’s ID along with the corresponding task reference.
Enhancement Details
- The USER ID column will follow the format:
[User ID] (Tasks) - Sample Display:
TC11 (Tasks)
This format provides clear identification of the user who executed the import and indicates that the action was performed through a system task.
