Overview
The Leave Form Upload in Payroll Simulation feature enables users to rectify late-approved leaves from a previous payroll cut-off by applying the necessary adjustments in the current payroll simulation cycle.
This ensures that payroll computations remain accurate while maintaining proper deduction of the employee’s leave credits.

Scope and Functionality
1. Leave Upload Option (Time Adjustment Module)
A Leave Upload feature is now available in the Time Adjustment Module, enabling users to upload leave adjustments in bulk for payroll simulation purposes.
2. Company Selection in Import
Users are required to select the Company prior to importing the leave adjustment template.
This ensures:
- Proper alignment of employee records
- Accurate mapping of applicable leave types
3. Adjustment Type Column
An Adjustment Type column has been added to the main interface to:
- Clearly identify the nature of the transaction
- Improve traceability of adjustments within payroll simulation

Upon downloading the template:
- The system will display all active leave types associated with the selected company
- This ensures consistency and prevents invalid entries
Validation Rules
The system enforces the following validations during upload:
1. Leave Type Validation
- Verifies that the selected leave type is assigned to the employee
2. Leave Credit Validation
- Ensures that the employee has sufficient leave credits
- Upload will be rejected if the leave balance is insufficient
