Pay Multiplier works depends on the employee’s hour type. Each hour type has a corresponding pay percentage.
An example of this is if the employee has OT on an ordinary day. OT hours will be multiplied to the hourly rate and pay percentage or pay multiplier which is 125% (shown in the table) in order to get the OT Pay.
Another example is if there’s a Special Holiday in DTR.
The corresponding pay percentage for Reg Special Holiday is 30%.
Payroll Simulation will show the 30% pay percentage multiplied by the employee’s work hours multiplied by hourly rate.
But what if pay multiplier is 0%?
No SH will show in payroll simulation because SH will only show if total amount is not 0.00.
