To check, go to Administration – Company Information – select your company and edit – go to the 3rd page: Payroll Settings and you will see 13th Month Computation
13th Month Computation has 2 options:
- Basic Pay
- To get accurate result, make sure to tick the box of the item that you want to exclude/include in the computation.
- Monthly Pay
- Choosing monthly pay will be based on the employee’s monthly pay. No inclusions and exclusions.
