To upload, click the profile icon in the right side corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - click Import


Select Employee Bulk Update


Choose between Download Template or Download Existing Records


  • Download Template will download the Add Employee excel file 
  • Download Existing Records will download the Update Employee excel file



  • Add employee excel file is an empty file where in you can add new employee and all the information needed
  • Update employee excel file includes all the registered employee information in the system and you can make changes in it



Enter all the required information in each worksheet. Once all the details are completed, save the file.


NOTE: It is important to enter all the required information to import the file successfully. You will know it's required when it shows (*).



Go back to the page, click Upload then select the saved file with the updated data then click Import.

Check if the added employee was shown in Employee Information or check the employee with the updated information if the changes are made.
