To create, go to Administration - Timekeeping Posting - Annualization.  , click the Add [+] button.



Enter the needed information. Highlighted in red indicates required. Click PROCESS.


A confirmation message will show that the Annualization is successfully created.



Click OK and the processed Annualization of the company will immediately show. The list are divided into 2:

  • Active Employee List
  • Separated Employee List



You will see a more detailed summary by clicking the amount in Tax Refund/Deficit of the employee that you want to see.
