To add a statutory table and withholding tax table, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - select company.


Click Edit Company


Go to 3rd page - Payroll Settings - you will see the statutory tables.


For the WITHHOLDING TAX Table, Click the ADD button.


Enter the Table ID and Table Name. Enter the amount for Daily then click NEXT.


Enter the amount for Weekly then click NEXT.


Enter the amount for Semi-Monthly then click NEXT.

Enter the amount for Monthly then click NEXT.

Enter the amount for Annually then click Save.


A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.


Choose the newly added table in the options then tick the box to activate the newly added table.



For the SSS Table, Click the ADD button.


Enter the Table ID and Table Name. Enter the salary range. Enter the employer and employee share. Click ADD LINE ITEM if needed. Once done, click SAVE.

A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.


Choose the newly added table in the options then tick the box to activate the newly added table.



For the PHILHEALTH Table, Click the ADD button.


Enter the Table ID and Table Name. Enter the rate. Enter the minimum and maximum amount. Once done, click SAVE.

A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.


Choose the newly added table in the options then tick the box to activate the newly added table.

For the PAG-IBIG Table, Click the ADD button.


Enter the Table ID and Table Name. Enter the base. Enter the employee and employer share. Once done, click SAVE.


A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.


Choose the newly added table in the options then tick the box to activate the newly added table.


Once all the tables are added. Click SAVE in the lower right corner of the page to save all the changes made.
