To update, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - select the employee that you need to update the leave - after selecting the employee, 5 icons will show, choose the 4th icon from the left or the leave update icon.

The employee leave update page will show
Enter the allowed maximum leave credits in the leave update column.
A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.
Another pop-up confirmation message will show that the employee leave was successfully updated.
The leave update page will now show the number of leave credits in the current and new balance.
