To change the employee's shift, you need to check 2 modules:

1. Shifts Module

2. Employee Information Module- Shifts Overview


To go to Shifts Module, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - click the drop down button - Shifts


In the Shifts Module, check the list if your needed shift is already added.

If the shift is already added, please proceed to the Employee Information Module. 


To go to Employee Information Module, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - select the employee - edit employee

Go to Shift Overview - select the new shift of the employee - select the rest day.


Once done, go to Employee Summary to save the changes made.



NOTE: This can only be done by an admin or an approver. 


If you are an employee, you need to submit a request form to change your shift.
