To check the DTR Breakdown, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to HRIS - Daily Time Record.
DTR page will show. Click the drop down button in the cut-off period.
Select the cut-off period that you need to check then click Search.
DTR of the chosen cut-off period will show. In the breakdown column, you will see a breakdown icon for each date. Select the icon if you want to see the DTR breakdown for that date.
Once you select the breakdown icon, the DTR breakdown will show and you will see the shift covers in the upper-right corner.
