To add, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - edit employee.
Go to Payroll Records.
Add the 2316 data from the previous employer.
Once you finish adding all the data. Go to Employee Summary. Click SAVE below to save all the changes made.
A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click YES to proceed.
Another pop-up confirmation message will show that you successfully updated employee. Click OK.
