To edit, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information - Import - Employee Bulk Update.


Click Download Existing Records.


An excel file will be downloaded. It will be shown in the lower-left corner of the page. Select the file.


In the excel file, go to Payroll Settings then set the statutory configuration. Save the file.


Click Upload. The uploaded excel file will be shown then click Import.

A pop-up confirmation message will show. Click OK.
