To evaluate by request policy type, you should add request performance policy.


In the image below, when I click 3 spaces in the evaluation type, no options appeared because this account has not added the request performance policy.


To add the request performance policy, click the profile icon in the upper right corner of the page, click Administration - Performance - add [+] button.


Add performance policy details, make sure to select request policy type. Enter all the needed information then click SAVE.


A pop-up confirmation will show the entered information. Click YES if correct.

Another pop-up confirmation will show that performance policy successfully created. Click OK.


The created performance policy will be displayed in the performance module as shown below.


Once done, go back to Evaluation module, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to HRIS - Evaluation - add [+] button.


Click 3 spaces in the evaluation type and the request option will appear. Select the evaluation type.


Choose Evaluator then click Request.

A pop-up confirmation message will show to request evaluation. Click YES.


Another pop-up confirmation message will show that evaluation successfully created.


In the evaluation module, the number count of employees with evaluation will appear to notify the evaluator.


Go to - For Evaluation then click Evaluate.


Instructions will be shown in the Evaluate page.


You are now ready to evaluate the employee. Once done, click SAVE.


A pop-up confirmation will show to submit evaluations. Click YES.


Another pop-up confirmation will show that evaluation successfully updated. Click OK.


The evaluated policy will show in the Evaluation module.
