To acknowledge, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to HRIS - Evaluation - My Performance.
In the acknowledged column, select the evaluation that you would like to acknowledge. Options will appear then select Acknowledge.
A pop-up confirmation message will show to acknowledge evaluation, click YES.
Another pop-up confirmation message will show that evaluation successfully acknowledged. Click OK.
In the evaluation page, the acknowledged column will now appear with check icon.
