To edit, click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page, go to Administration - Employee Information
Click IMPORT - Employee Bulk Update
Select Download Existing Records. An excel file of the current employee information will be downloaded.
Open the downloaded file.
In the Personal Data sheet, please change the value in the Edit column to YES for all employees whose data you will be editing. (This change will be automatically reflected across all sheets)
After updating the Edit column to YES, you may now proceed to modify the employees' data.
Once done, save the updated excel file then go back in the employee information module. Select IMPORT - Employee Bulk Update. Upload the saved Excel file and click IMPORT to apply the changes.
A pop-up confirmation will show that the update has been successfully added to tasks. Click OK.
