To configure payslips to display zero values, please follow these detailed steps:

  1. Click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. Go to Administration and select Company Information. Then, choose Edit Company.
  1. In the Company Settings section, locate Payslip Display. Check the box labeled Display 0 Values in Payslip to activate this feature.

 

  1. Click NEXT at the bottom of the page to advance to the next step.

  1. On the following page, click SAVE to apply your changes.

  1. A confirmation pop-up will appear to Update Company. Confirm your action by clicking YES.

  1. A final confirmation message will indicate that the company settings have been successfully updated. Click OK to complete the process.

Once this setting is enabled, all payslips generated will include zero values, ensuring that no fields are left blank.
