To enable the display of the company address on payslips, follow these steps:

  1. Select the profile icon located in the upper-right corner of the page, navigate to Administration then go to Company Information and choose Edit Company.

 

  1. Under the Company Settings section, navigate to Payslip Display and enable the option labeled Display Company Address by selecting YES.

  1. Click NEXT to proceed to the subsequent page.

 

  1. On the following page, click SAVE to confirm and apply the changes.

  1. A confirmation prompt will appear to Update Company; click YES to proceed.

  1. A final confirmation message will indicate that the company settings have been successfully updated. Click OK to finalize the process.

Once this setting is enabled, all payslips will include the company address, ensuring compliance and clear representation of company details on employee payslips.
