To display employer shares on payslips, follow these steps:

  1. Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. Go to Administration then navigate to Company Information and select Edit Company. 

                2. In the Company Settings section, under Payslip Display, enable the option for Display Employer Shares by selecting YES.

                3. Click NEXT at the bottom of the page to continue.

 

                4. On the following page, click SAVE to apply your changes.

                5. A confirmation pop-up will appear to Update Company; click YES to confirm.

                6. A final confirmation message will indicate that the company settings have been successfully updated. Click OK to complete the process.

Once this setting is enabled, all payslips will include a detailed breakdown of employer shares, ensuring transparency in contributions displayed to employees.
