To email payslips from payroll simulation, follow these steps:
- Click the profile icon located in the upper-right corner of the page. Navigate to Administration.
- Select Timekeeping Posting, then click Process for the desired cut-off period.
- A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you want to process the cut-off period. Click YES to proceed.
- The Payroll Simulation page will be displayed. Click the Print button and select Email Payslip.
Note: Ensure that payslips have been released before sending them via email.
- A selection pop-up will appear, allowing you to choose the employees to whom you wish to send the payslips. On the left, you can tick the box for selected employees, and on the right, there is an option to email all employees. Once selected, click Email Payslip.
- A final confirmation pop-up will appear, indicating that the payslips have been successfully emailed. Click OK to complete the process.
By following these steps, you will ensure that payslips are sent via email to the appropriate employees for the selected cut-off period.
