In our continuous effort to enhance the functionality of our Employee Bulk Update feature, we are pleased to announce the addition of an "Other Information" column in the export file. This new column allows for the inclusion of additional relevant data, streamlining the management of employee information.

How to View the 'Other Information' Column

  1. Click the profile icon located in the upper right corner of the page. Select Administration.

 

  1. Select Employee Information, then click on IMPORT. Choose Employee Bulk Update from the options available.

  1. A pop-up import window will appear. Select Download Existing Records to proceed.

  1. An Excel file will be downloaded. In the Personal Data sheet, navigate to Column W to view the newly added "Other Information" column.
