Keeping your company's payroll system up-to-date is essential for compliance and accuracy. This guide will walk you through the process of updating the SSS Table to the 2025 version.
1. Access the Administration Settings
- Click the Profile Icon in the upper-right corner of the page.
- Navigate to Administration > Company Information.
- Select the desired company from the list.
2. Enter Edit Mode
- Click the Edit Icon to enable editing for the company information.
3. Navigate to Payroll Settings
- Go to the 3rd Page labeled "Payroll Settings."
- Locate the SSS Table section in the right corner of the page.
4. Activate the New SSS Table
- From the options provided, select the newly added table version (e.g., SSS_2025).
- Tick the box labeled Active SSS to activate the selected table.
5. Save Changes
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the SAVE button.
6. Confirm Updates
- A pop-up message will appear asking you to confirm the update. Click YES.
- Another pop-up message will notify you that the company was successfully updated. Click OK to finalize the changes.
Your company's SSS Table is now updated to the 2025 version.
