An improvement has been made to the Reports Module, updating the date format in the extracted files for the following reports:
- HDMF Contribution Report
- PhilHealth Contribution Report
- SSS Contribution Report
- Tax Contribution Report
The Birthday column in these reports will now follow the format:
yyyy-mmm-dd (e.g., 1990-Jan-15)
New Format Implementation in Reports
When generating and extracting any of the above reports, the system will automatically apply the improved date format to ensure consistency and readability.
Important Notes
- The new format is automatically applied to all newly generated reports.
- If you experience any issues with formatting, ensure that your spreadsheet software is set to display dates correctly.
- This update improves data uniformity across all contribution reports.
