A new Export List feature has been added to the Employee Attrition Report. This feature allows you to export the filtered list of employees based on the same criteria used in the attrition report, ensuring that the total number of records in the exported list matches the Closing Balance from the report.
Steps to Export the Attrition List
1. Navigate to the Reports Module
- Click the profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page
- Go to Administration > Reports.
- Select Employee Attrition to open the attrition report.
2. Apply the Desired Filters
- Set the filters in the attrition report based on your preferences (e.g., date range, department, etc.).
- The filters you apply will be used for both the report and the exported list.
3. Access the Export List Feature
- After the report is generated, the new Export List option will appear.
- Click the Export List button to proceed.
4. Export the Attrition List
- The system will generate the export with the same filter settings as the report.
- The exported file will contain the following columns:

EMP ID | The unique employee ID. |
LAST NAME | Employee’s last name. |
FIRST NAME | Employee’s first name. |
MIDDLE NAME | Employee’s middle name (if applicable). |
SUFFIX | Employee’s suffix (if applicable). |
DEPARTMENT | Department where the employee works. |
DATE HIRED | The date the employee was hired. |
EMPLOYMENT STATUS | Current status of the employee (e.g., Active, Resigned). |
REGULARIZATION DATE | The employee's regularization date (if applicable). |
5. Verify Exported Data
- After exporting, open the file and ensure that the number of records matches the Closing Balance in the attrition report.
Important Notes
- The Export List feature is tied directly to the filters set in the Employee Attrition Report, ensuring consistency.
- The exported file will have the same columns as the report, but in a downloadable format (Excel).
