A feature has been added to the Other Income Module that allows you to email payslips to employees, similar to the functionality available in the Payroll Simulation module. This feature simplifies the process of distributing payslips electronically.


Steps to Email Payslips from Other Income Module

1. Access Timekeeping Posting Settings

  • Go to Administration > Timekeeping Posting.

  • Select the Other Income Module.

2. Ensure Payslips Are Released

  • Only released payslips can be emailed. Make sure the payslips you want to send have been marked as released in the system.

3. Locate the Payslip Feature

  • In the Other Income Module, you will find the Payslip Feature section.

4. Select Email Payslip

  • From the drop-down menu, select Email Payslip.

5. Email Payslips to Employees

  • The Email Payslip Page will appear.

  • Select the Employee: Choose the employee whose payslip you want to send via email.
  • Email All Employees: If you wish to send the payslips to all employees, check the box labeled Email All Employees.
  • Click the Email Button: Once you have selected the employee(s), click the Email button to send the payslips.


Important Notes

  • Only released payslips can be emailed from the Other Income Module.
  • If you select Email All Employees, the system will send the payslips to all employees with released payslips.
