A new feature has been added to the Employee Information Module, allowing users to upload and electronically sign documents. This feature enables you to upload your signature, sign electronically, and clear the signature with a confirmation prompt before removal.


Steps to Upload and Sign Your E-Signature

1. Access Personal Data

  • Go to Profile > Personal Data.

2. Locate the Electronic Signature Section

  • In the Personal Data section, find the Electronic Signature area.

3. Upload Signature

  • You will see an option to Upload your signature.
  • Click the Upload button to add an image of your signature.
  • Once the image is uploaded, you will see the signature displayed in the section.

4. Sign Electronically

  • If you prefer to sign directly, you can click the Sign button.

  • This will open a signature pad where you can draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad.

5. Clear the Signature

  • If you want to remove the signature, click the Clear button.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear before the signature is removed. Click Yes to confirm and remove the signature.

6. Save the Changes

  • Click Save in the lower right corner of the page to save your signature.


Important Notes

  • Upload will only accept image files for the signature.
  • Sign allows you to draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad. 
  • Clear will prompt you for confirmation before removing your signature to prevent accidental removal.
