The Attendance Report now includes an enhancement that displays time in decimal format for hours worked. This update improves the accuracy of time-related data by converting minutes into decimal hours, such as showing 15 minutes Overbreak as 0.25 hours.
Feature Details
- Time columns, such as Overbreak, now display decimal hours instead of minutes.
- Example: 15 minutes = 0.25 hours
- Example: 30 minutes = 0.5 hours
- Example: 45 minutes = 0.75 hours
How It Works
- For Overbreak and similar time columns, the system will automatically convert minutes into the appropriate decimal format.
Example:
- If an employee has a 15-minute Overbreak, the Overbreak Hours column in the Attendance Report will display 0.25 hours.
Important Notes
- This feature only affects hour columns, where time is usually reported in minutes.
- All related Attendance Reports will display the decimal format for consistency.
